Courtney A. Morgan

Courtney A. Morgan-Greene is an immigration and nationality attorney specializing in sports, entertainment, business, and family-based immigration. Appointed by Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, she also serves as the immediate past President of the City of Los Angeles Human Relations Commission and serves on the Mayor’s International Advisory Council.

Dedicated to the public interest, Ms. Morgan-Greene previously conducted death penalty investigations with the California State Habeas Corpus Resource Center, clerked for the Los Angeles County Public Defender, the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, the L.A. Gay and Lesbian Center, the Alliance for Children’s Rights, and was as an inaugural member of the Loyola Law School Center for Juvenile Law and Policy’s Juvenile Justice Clinic.

Commissioner Morgan-Greene completed her undergraduate studies in Political Science and African-American Studies at the University of California at Berkeley and obtained her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, receiving the Dean’s Public Interest Award.
