Gray law is thrilled to represent two-time Michelin star and international executive chef Massimiliano Blasone. We obtained his approval in the EB-1 Extraordinary Ability for permanent resident status. His talents are in high demand by high-end fine dining restaurants. With over seventeen years of professional experience, Chef Blasone has been part of the success of many restaurants around Europe. Bringing his extraordinary talents to the United States, Nikita, a new luxury restaurant in Malibu California recruited Blasone in 2013. The opening of Nikita was significant enough to land a story on Forbes magazine, commenting on the Mediterranean/Italian menu specialties of chef Blasone. Chef Blasone has been named a renowned culinary talent for his technical cuisine that combines his experiences from all over the world. The restaurant Apsleys in London earned a Michelin star in less than 5 months having chef Blasone as the Executive chef. Earning this star made Apsley the fastest London restaurant to earn a star. For those not aware of the Michelin’s stars, restaurants earn a Michelin star when they are recognized for their high quality cooking. The result of his success as an executive chef has brought offers from top-notch restaurants. For Massimiliano it all started as a fifteen-year old boy in his families’ kitchen. He studied cooking in a Catering school in Italy from 1988 to 1993. From apprentice to Executive director some will say his knowledge and philosophy reflects on his food: “simplicity, quality, sophistication, but above all, integrity.”
